When FT and various blogs first posted pictures of the SQ Suites, my initiation reaction was, I also want in!

After much planning, manufacturing spending, Staples, Walmart trips, I paid 108K KF miles and $500+ in Fuel Surcharges to secure my one-way Suite ticket!

First and Business Passengers had their own gate for entry.

I was given an escort to the aircraft's by the ground staff. 

Then I was led to my seat. I warned the crew that I waited all my life for this flight and that I'd be bugging them for pictures from every angle =D

This was the first picture that I took of the SQ A380 Suites

And voila ---->

Singapore Airlines serves both Krug and Dom Perignon. Obviously I had to have both.

I was then given my Salvatore Ferragamo amenity kit

I switched into SQ attire and tried a few more drinks.

Since I ordered via Book The Cook, my meal was pre-cooked. Below is a sample of the First Class Suites menu.

Beverage Options

For starters, I was served the Satay Sticks

It was very good

Then the the caviar as the appetizer.. yum!

I was offered Belvedere Vodka to go with it.

I previously had caviar on CX flights. The first time CX paired Balik salmon, Pairing with melba toast was a different experience. I still enjoyed it very much. I sampled a couple more whites

My Main entree. I forgot what I ordered as I did it at least a month ago. I probably should have picked something French since it left from Paris. I felt it was a little too salty.

I had some fresh fruit.

Since it was a very light load, (only one other couple on the flight out of 12 suites), my bed was the seat in front of me.

After a nap of a few hours, I ordered some noodles and more drinks

Then Gani fulfilled my request of a tour of the Business Cabin upstairs
